Generally, after the installation of the ultra-fine ring roller mill is completed, the commissioning work will be completed by the installation engineer of our company. To adjust the output and performance of the ring mill to the best, the customer does not need to worry about the debugging of the machine.

However, some customers may change the mineral type and fineness, or replace the spare parts according to the market conditions. At this time, the customer needs to adjust the ring roller by himself. So today, I will introduce the debugging skills of ring roller mill.

Under the premise of ensuring product quality (fineness meets the requirements), relevant parameters should be adjusted to achieve the maximum output and give full play to the best performance of the ring roller mill.

How to choose the best parameters:

(1) Pre-select the speed and air valve of the ring roller mill classifier to set a certain value first, then adjust the current of the feeding controller, record the current of the corresponding host, and measure a series of data for comparison.

(2) Pre-select the controller switch and air valve of the ring roller mill vibrating feeder to set a certain value, and then adjust the speed of the grading wheel to measure a series of data for comparison.

(3) The speed of the classifier and the controller switch of the vibrating feeder are preselected to set a certain value first, and then adjust the opening degree of the damper to measure a series of data for comparison. After writing down the experimental data of each group for comparison, select the group whose ring roller grinding fineness range meets the requirements and has a higher output as the basis for future production.

(4) When the data is selected, turn the transfer switch handle to the “automatic” state, open the electric control cabinet door and adjust the current transformer contacts so that the contacts are in the open and closed state, that is, the “automatic” adjustment is good.
